The Former Head Of Mexico's Federal Police And The Explosive Trial Ahead (1/16/23)

Genaro García Luna, the former head of the Federal Police in Mexico under Felipe Calderon, who was once widely considered one of the most powerful figures not only in law enforcement in Mexico, but in the country itself, was also working for the Sinaloa cartel according to charges he faces in America and now that his trial is about to get underway, there is the expectation that some very embarassing facts about America's involvement in the war in drugs in Mexico will come to light.

Several former high ranking members of the Sinaloa cartel are also expected to testify at the trial.
