The Follow Up: Kouri Richins Has Her Assets Frozen And Ricahard Allen And The Supreme Court (11/9/23)
The saga of Richard Allen and the supreme court is continuing to evolve as the supreme court has now set a deadline of November 16th for Judge Frances Gull to turn over transcripts of her behind closed doors meeting with Rozzi and Baldwin, the former (?) lawyers of Richard Allen.
They contend that the Judge was way out of line and out of bounds when she removed them from their post, and they are now hoping that the supreme court will remove her and reinstate them.
In our second article, we head over to Utah and get an update on Kouri Richins and her trial where she is charged with murdering her husband with an alleged fentanyl laced moscow mule.
The back and forth over finances has been one of the key issues between Richins and the family of her dead husband, and now the judge has made a ruling freezing Richins assets.
