The Delphi Murders: Richard Allen's Request For A Change Of Venue For His Trial Is Denied (1/13/23)
Richard Allen had an appearance in court today and that appearance helped clear a few things up. First of all, the request to move venues for the trial has been denied by Judge Gull. Instead, she will allow jurors to be brought in from other counties in the state, but the trial will be held where the crime was committed. Judge Gull also ruled that the gag order will stay in effect throughout the trial.
