The Delphi murders: Richard Allen's Legal Team Withdraws From The Case (10/20/23)
In a move that was all but inevitable after the bombshell news of evidence leaks by the defense in the Richard Allen trial, both of his lawyers have withdrawn from the case. This comes after a hearing was held yesterday in the courtroom of Fran Gull.
Now, the clock will be started all over again as Richard Allen will need a new team to represent him. According to sources those wheels are already in motion and as far as a new date for the trial, that is still up in the air.
