Whenever someone is arrested in the United States, they are afforded certain constitutional rights that must be observed by the government. If these rights are not respected, the government jeopardizes their case.

With the unique nature of the Delphi Murders and the fact that there is still a seal, this is very fragile ground that the government finds itself upon as they continue to try and navigate this situation.

In this episode, we take a look at some of the roadblocks in the way for the government and where things currently stand.
