The Delphi Murders: Judge Gull Signs Off On Richard Allen Being Moved To A Different Facility (4/16/23)
Judge Gull has signed off on a request made by Richard Allen and his legal team to move him to a different facility so that he could get better care for his ongoing issues and be closer to his lawyers.
According to Richard Allen's team, he was being unfairly treated at the lockup where he was being held and because of this treatment, his health had rapbidly declined. Taking this into account and hoping to avoid issues down the road, the Judge and the prosecution were both on board with the move happening.
