The Delphi Murders: Did The Defense Leak Evidence To The Public? (10/16/23)
According to new reports Richard Allen's defense team leaked discovery evidence to the public. The new bombshell report comes on the back of the attempt by the defense to infer that a group of Odinites were responsible for the murder of Abby and Libby and their client, Richard Allen, had nothing to do with it.
Judge Gull will now take all of this into consideration as she decides what she is going to do. If she decides to remove Richard Allen's legal team from the trial, that will mean his trial that is scheduled to start in January will be delayed.
