The story of Oceangate submersible Titan continues to unfold in the aftermath of the disaster and the more we learn the more it seems certain that the tragedy was avoidable. Especially considering the warnings that Stockton Rush, the CEO and the pilot of the doomed submersible, ignored from many of his well respected peers about the safety and suitability of the titan vessel.
In this episode we continue to learn more about Stockton Rush and his attitude when it came to safety and regulation and unfortunately, none of it it is flattering.
