Quinton Simon's Grandmother Gets Arrested On Charges Not Related To Quinton's Death (12/14/22)
The grandmother of Quinton Simon, Billie Jo Howell, who had legal custody of the toddler at the time of his death, has been arrested. Her charges, however, are not related to Quinton Simon's murder. Her daughter, Quinton's mother, Leilani Simon has been arrested and charged with murder in little Quinton's death.
