Murder In Moscow: What To Expect At Bryan Kohberger's Hearing Over Camera Access (9/13/23)
As the battle over camera access to the courtroom reaches a boiling point, Judge John Judge will hear arguments from all sides today during a crucial hearing that could shape the trial moving forward.
On one side you have the prosecution and the defense, teaming up to ask the court to bar cameras from the courtroom and on the other side you have the media who says that it's important that the transparency process be maintained at that the public has a right to know what happens in the courtroom.
The family of Xana Kernodle and Kaylee Goncalves are also in favor of cameras in the courtroom and have asked the judge to open the process to public viewing.
The hearing is set to take place at 2 pm local time.
