Murder In Moscow: The Battle Over Camera Access In The Courtroom Rages On (9/8/23)
The battle over camera access during the Bryan Kohberger trial and the proceedings leading up to it continue to heat up behind the scenes. Bryan Kohberger's legal team and the prosecution are both pushing for cameras to be removed from the proceedings or at the very least limiting access during certain parts of the testimony, while the media coalition continues to fight for what they say is their constitutional right to cover the trial from the courtroom.
Judge John Judge is still mulling his decision and a hearing on the matter is set for next week.
