Murder In Moscow: Judge John Judge Set To Hold A Hearing On Camera Access Tomorrow (9/12/23)
Judge John Judge is set to hear arguements from all sides tomorrow about camera access in the courtroom during the trial of Bryan Kohberger.
The prosecution agrees with Kohberger's team about camera access, but for differing reasons. The prosecution is scared that the access will intimdate it's witnesses while Kohberger's team is concerned that the coverage is prejudicial to their client. Meanwhile, the media, who is party to the proceedings as an intervenor is arguing that the public has a right to know what's going on in the courtroom and that cameras are necessary for this to happen.
The question now is...what does Judge Judge think?
