Murder In Moscow: Judge John Judge Reiterates The Rules About Cameras In The Courtroom (11/4/23)
At a hearing on Friday November 3rd, Judge John Judge reiterated that he was going to allow cameras to remain in the courtroom, but that those who were in control of those cameras must adhere to the guidelines he sets forth. If not, then he reserves the right to remove those cameras from the courtroom.
While the Judge has not yet entered a formal ruling on the matter, that order is expected to hit the docket shortly.
