Murder In Moscow: Judge John Judge Has Denied Kohberger's Request To Toss The Indictment (10/27/23)
Bryan Kohberger had a much anticipated day in court yesterday where Judge John Judge was set to hear and rule on several different issues.
The main issue that was at hand and that was heard behind closed doors had to do with the defense's attempts to get the indictment tossed on the grounds of grand jury misconduct. After both sides made their arguments to the Judge, he made a ruling.
That ruling? That the trial will go on as scheduled and that the indictments would stand.
