Murder In Moscow: Bryan Kohberger's Legal Team Claims Their Witness Was Intimidated By The FBI (9/5/23)
Bryan Kohberger's legal team has claimed in a recent court filing that the FBI was tampering with one of their witnesses and intimidating her by visiting her at her home. According to Kohberger's team that was not necessary and they have now taken the issue up with the Judge.
The prosecution, for their part, has responded and said that it's all part of the investigation and that the claims are just another nothingburger.
