Murder In Moscow: Authorities Didn't Have Surveillance On Kohberger For 11 Days (3/1/23)
According to the newly unsealed warrant from Pennsylvania, the authorities didn't have Bryan Kohberger under surveillance for 11 days once he returned to his parents home in Pennsylvania. Previously, we have been told that he was under the watchful eye of the FBI all the way across the country.
