Murder In Moscow: A Trial Date Has Been Set. Will The Trial Be Delayed? (5/26/23)

Published: May 26, 2023, 2 p.m.

Now that Bryan Kohberger has been arraigned and has been indicted on four charges of murder and one count of burglary, we also have a trial date. The date set by the Judge has now been marked down on the courts Calendar as October 2nd. The court expects the trial to run roughly five weeks and if things break the way they say, that would mean the trial should end on November 12th. Almost one year to the day that the murders took place.

The question now is: Will that trial date hold or will there be a delay?

Let's dive in and talk about it.
