Diego García Luna is a former Mexican government official who served as the head of Mexico's Federal Investigation Agency (AFI) from 2001 to 2005 and as Secretary of Public Security from 2006 to 2012. He was arrested in Texas, USA, on December 9, 2020, on charges of drug trafficking and accepting bribes from the Sinaloa Cartel. García Luna has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him and his case is ongoing in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

In this episode, we hear testimony from several witnesses who not only drop the dime on Garcia Luna, but they had some very interesting things to say about the former president of Mexico Felipe Calderon and the corruption that he was allegedly involved in.
