Leilani Simon And The Custody hearing (10/18/22)
Quinton Simon's mother, Leilani Simon is the prime suspect in the presumed death of the 20 month old toddler. She also has a history of drug abuse and neglect. On Monday, she lost custody of her other kids in the wake of Quinton Simon going missing and the children were removed from the home to a foster care setting. The Police have no made an arrest as of yet.
