Kouri Richin's And Her Legal Team File Court Documents Asking For A Dismissal (10/12/23)
Kouri Richins, the Utah mom who is accused of murdering her husband with a lethal dose of Fentanyl has filed paperwork asking the judge to dismiss her case. According to the documents, Richins says that there is no way she can get a fair trial after the prosecutors released the "Walk the dog" letter to the public and because of this, she should have all charges dismissed.
The proseuction has yet to respond.
