Kaitlin Armstrong And The Attempt To Get Evidence In Her Upcoming Trial Tossed Out (11/10/22)
Kaitlin Armstrong and her legal team claim that her rights were not recognized after her arrest and that her warrants were littered with inaccuracies. Therefore, they asked the judge hearing the case to throw out all evidence that might have been tainted. The prosecution maintained that everything was done on the up and up, even if there were some mistakes in the paperwork. Now the Judge will render a decision.
