JP Morgan Has No Plans To Settle The Epstein Related Lawsuit With USVI (6/14/23)
In a move that I saw coming from a million miles away, JP Morgan is not interested in settling their lawsuit with the government of the USVI. JP Morgan has flatly denied the allegations made by the USVI and in fact, they have turned those allegations back at the U.S. territory, setting the stage for a knock down, drag out war inside of Judge Rakoff's courtroom.
In this episode, we take a look at the coming scenario and discuss why it's in the best interest of JP Morgan to fight this salvo of allegations.
