Ghislaine Maxwell, a woman who has never wanted for a buck, is now at the mercy of her ex husband Scott Borgerson to pay her lawyers so that her attempt at an appeal can move forward. According to reports, Borgerson is hesitant to pony up the money and the lawyers for Maxwell are saying that he is dragging his feet.
