Gabby Petito's Family Files A Petiton To Force Testimony From Steve Bertolino (10/30/23)
The ongoing legal struggle between Gabby Petito's parents and the parents of Brian Laundrie continues to heat up as the Petito's are now looking to force the testimony of Laundrie lawyer Steve Bertolino to further their lawsuit.
Steve Bertolino is claiming attorney/client privilege in order to avoid testifying but the Petito's counter that since Laundrie is dead that is null and void.
