Following Up: A Mushroom Murders Update And More On Kouri Richins (10/13/23)

As investigators in Australia continue to try and put the pieces together when it comes to the so called Mushroom Murders, it's now coming to light that the statement that was turned in by the person of interest in the case, Erin Patterson wasn't signed. This new revalation now calls into question if the statement could even be used as evidence. Investigators have been tight lipped about their investigation and still have no called Patterson one in public.


In our next episode we spin back over to Utah where Kouri Richin's and her legal team are still fighting tooth and nail to get get her trial dismissed over what they call prosecutorial misconduct.

Legal experts who are familiar with Utah's law have begun weighing in however, and they say that Richin's getting her wish is an absolute long shot.
