Danny Masterson Is Found Guilty On Two Of Three Charges During His Retrial (6/1/23)
After a jury couldn't come to a decision the first time around during his trial back in November, a second Jury had a different take on things and they found Danny Masterson guilty fo two of the three counts of rape.
Danny Masterson has said that he is innocent and that the encounters were consensual but when the jury heard the disturbing testimony and the prosecutors laid out the case, they were able to come to a unanimous decision on two of the three counts. Now, Danny Masterson is facing thirty years to life in prison.
His legal team has signaled that they will appeal the ruling.
