Cartel's Are Now In Control Of The Water Supply In Some Parts Of Mexico (9/22/22)
As Mexico grapples with crippling drought that threatens crops that are relied upon to feed the people of the nation, the cartels are busy siphoning what little water is available for their own purposes. Now, citizens and business owners must ask the cartel for permission to get water from lakes or streams. Meanwhile, the government is nowhere to be found.
