Alex Murdaugh's legal team says that they have evidence of serious misconduct comitted by the state against their client. According to them, they say the court clerk was working the jury on behalf of the state and that her prejudicial behavior caused Murdaugh to not get the fair trial that he deserved.
The state has yet to respond.
