A Submersible With Five People Aboard Goes Missing Near The Wreckage Of The Titanic (6/19/23)
A company named Oceangate runs a high end operation that allows people, with the right amount of money, to hop into a submersible and go down to wreckage of the Titanic. These submarines hold five people come equipped with enough air for 96 hours. Each trip is supposed to last 10 hours, but after losing contact with the submersible, the calls for help went out.
The United States and Canadian Coast guard has responded to those calls but as of now, there is still no sign of the submarine.
