We take a trip back to 2019 and take a look at the investigation or, should I say, lack of one by state authorities in New Mexico in regard to Zorro Ranch and Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged crimes in the state and ask the question why would the state punt the case to the feds instead of opening their own concurrently?
