A Look Back: Why Did ABC Sit on The Epstein Story

Published: April 17, 2022, 7 a.m.

In this look back episode...

In a day and age where the legacy media relies on its symbiotic relationship with the most powerful amongst us, how can we trust them to tell the truth?

Nothing brings this to the forefront like ABC and their handling of the Virginia Roberts interview with Amy Robach.

After a whistleblower released audio of Robach complaining that the network killed her story, ABC focused on the whistleblower instead of Epstein using their clout to get the person they suspected of leaking the audio fired.

The rub? She wasn't even their employee anymore. Yet CBS did their dirty work for them. Why?

We get into the weeds in today's episode and explore the relationship between legacy media journalists and the powerful people they are supposed to hold accountable.
