A Look Back: The Ghosts Of Grozny
In this episode we begin an exploration of Chechnya's role within the army of Russia and how, after years of animosity and bloodshed, they have no come to be some of Putin's most trusted shock troops. Not all Chechen's agree with this however and a number of them have decided to continue the fight against Russia wherever they can. In the year 2022...that battlefield is now Ukraine.
