The cartels and others are now exploiting social media to sell their knock off drugs. Drugs that cost them a mere .04 to make are then sold for 20 dollars online and elsewhere. These knew deadly drugs are fueling the overdose pandemic that continues to spiral out of control yet the authorities who are responsible for stopping those who would traffic these drugs seem either unwilling or unable to act.
