The IRS has announced that it will be adding over 80K new agents to the roster in the coming years in order to go after people who are evading their taxes. The problem with that is, the very law itself helps these cheats use loopholes to stash their money. Until the loopholes are all closed, it won't matter how many agents are hired, because the ultra wealthy will continue to be able to legally stash their money in a place where it won't be found.
