A Look Back: Nicholas Tartaglione Attempts To Avoid The Death Penalty
Nicholas Tartaglione, the ex-cop and alleged murderer who shared a jail cell with Epstein weeks before his death, is asking the state to not seek the death penalty in his case due to the fact that the video from Epstein's first alleged suicide attempt is now missing. His team asserts that the video would go a long way to help mitigate the death sentence.
There is no video from the alleged first attack as the government failed to preserve it. According to Tartaglione, he attempted to help Epstein during the first alleged attempted suicide.
