The cartels in Mexico have grown exponentially in power throughout the years and it shows every time they decide to flex their muscles. With the various cartels controlling huge swaths of land and dictating who comes and goes by using roadblocks and other methods, there are serious questions about the security and the stability of the country moving forward.
