One of the more fascinating side battles that we have seen during this Epstein fallout is the one currently being waged by Alan Dershowtiz and Les Wexner. The two are embroiled in a bitter back and forth in front of Judge Preska as Dershowitz attempts to drag Wexner into his lawsuit with Virginia Roberts. Les Wexner, for his part, is doing everything in his power to avoid this from occurring, setting up a huge battle on the horizon.
