A Look Back: Bryan Kohberger, Bethany Funke And The Subpoena
Lawyers for Bryan Kohberger have served Bethany Funke, one of the surviving housemates with a subpoena after an investigator working for the defense team has claimed that she has exculpatory evidence and they are now asking to the court to compel her to testify in June.
Lawyers for Funke have said that she is not bound by the subpoena because she is no longer a resident of Idaho and now resides in Nevada. She is asking the court to slap down the request and not compel her to appear in court to testify in June.
The court has yet to respond.
