A Look Back: A Grand Jury Has Been Empaneled In The Stephen Smith Investigation
The mystery surrounding the death of Stephen Smith has swirled in South Carolina ever since the young mans body was found on a dark back road. The death was originally classified as a hit and run but after more time was spent on the case more questions were raised. Enough questions that the case was re-opened and classified as a homicide.
Now we are learning that a Grand Jury has been empaneled in the case and they are hearing evidence about who might be resposnible for Stephen's death.
