A Judge Rules That FBI Must Turn Over FOIA Documents About Epstein Requested By Radar Online (9/20/23)
Radaronline has been engaged in a legal dispute with the FBI for years now over secret FBI files on Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. The government has contended that the files must stay secret because they might have to re-try Ghislaine Maxwell and if the files are released it will give her a head start on her defense.
A Judge who is hearing the case has a different perspective though and has ruled that some of the documents must be turned over.
