Richard Summers
Richard Summers is a graduate of Concord University and Dayton University with degree in educational administration and certification in Health Education. Superintendent. Curriculum and secondary and elementary education. He has a son and daughter both who are physical therapists. He has 3 granddaughters and one grandson. Richard has been married to Tracy Summers for 38 years, and has also worked in education. While principal at Jackson middle for the past 19 years we were named a West Virginia school of excellence for seven consecutive years.
