Scott Thwaites is at the Vuelta a Espa\\xf1a as part of one of the most successful Grand Tour teams, Alpecin-Fenix. But it\'s something of a miracle that he\'s here at all, after a crash in 2018 left him with a broken spine, neck, ribs and sternum.
