Joe Biden sworn in as president of a divided United States, and a divided party

Joe Biden will be sworn in as the 46th U.S. president Wednesday, before an empty National Mall in Washington, fortified against violence. The CBC's Paul Hunter gives us the view from the ground, where Biden makes his inaugural speech to a divided nation. And we talk to two Democrats, Debbie Mucarsel-Powell and Morgan Harper, about the divisions Biden must address in his own party.
