Tina Descovich is an experienced professional with over two decades of business experience and a Bachelor\'s Degree in Communication.

In her career she has hired and managed large teams, held profit and loss responsibility and served on the executive staff for the United States Army Commanding General of the Combined Arms Support Command and Fort Lee.

For five years Tina served on the proposal team at Northrop Grumman Corporation, which developed multi-billion dollar proposals. Following that, at the Melbourne Air & Space Show, Tina put her leadership and communication skills to work for our community by recruiting, training and coordinating over 650 volunteers, which helped build stronger relations between our military and our community.
