b'#148: Kim Schuette, Head Coach, Purdue, visits TCRS. \\xa0In 2014, Schuette led the Boilermakers to a sixth-place conference finish and the Big Ten Tournament quarterfinals in her first season. Purdue went 27-28-1 including a 13-10 mark in conference\\xa0play. The Boilers won five of their eight league series and posted three wins over Top 25 foes, downing No. 4 Michigan, No. 10 Texas and No. 12 Minnesota. The season, which saw the squad play 14 games against Top 25 foes and 14 opponents that advanced to the NCAA Regionals, also featured a no-hitter by junior Alex Whittemore and a program-best five All-Big Ten honorees. A program-record six players garnered All-Region accolades, while a record 14 players earned Academic All-Big Ten nods and senior outfielder Andie Varsho was tabbed with first team Academic All-America honors.'
