b"On today's 'BradCast':\\xa0 MAGA dead-enders are extending their grift over the partisan Arizona 'audit' by Cyber Ninjas, which confirmed Joe Biden won the 2020 election over Donald Trump. Trump is now actively lying about it to his supporters. Cyber Ninjas have announced that a 'draft' of the report circulated by top wingnut sites and some Republicans claiming the opposite is fraudulent and 'absolutely false'.\\xa0 Arizona Sen. Kyrsten Sinema and West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin are continuing their obstruction of President Biden's entire $3.5 trillion Build Back Better agenda, which is fully paid for by small increases in taxes on corporations and the wealthy, and could be passed with a simple majority under budget reconciliation. The entire Democratic caucus is united behind both the reconciliation package and the smaller bipartisan infrastructure deal that Sinema negotiated with Republicans, but Sinema's intransigence could result in killing both bills, ensuring the death of the entire Biden agenda. New FBI statistics show a dramatic one year spike in killings in the U.S. in 2020, mostly involving guns. But the corporate media coverage credulously parroted police officials attributing the spike to new policing restrictions and police reticence about doing their jobs in the wake of mass protests against rampant police killings of black people. CARL TAKEI, Senior Staff Attorney at the ACLU's Trone Center for Justice and Equality, explains why that explanation appears to be B.S., and the real reasons behind the spike in murder rates around the country (like the pandemic), and the policies that evidence shows actually reduce rates of violent crime. Plus:\\xa0 Los Angeles County has expunged another 60,000 marijuana convictions after the state legalized recreational cannabis."
