b"On today's 'BradCast':\\xa0 With just 78 days to the crucial November 2018 midterms, a federal court has struck down New Hampshire's law allowing local election workers, untrained in handwriting analysis, to toss absentee ballots if a voter's signature doesn't match, without ever notifying the voter. Randolph County, Georgia has proposed closing 7 out of 9 precincts in this November's crucial midterm elections in a rural, poor, predominantly African-American county, with no public transportation in most of the county, where many do not own cars. The closures would result in some voters needing to walk three and a half hours to cast their votes, argues the ACLU of Georgia, in a year when Georgia could elect the nation's first African-American female governor with Democratic nominee Stacey Abrams. The Trump Administration is set to announce a plan this week to roll back President Obama's "Clean Power Plan," which would have, in accordance with the Paris Climate Agreement, greatly curbed carbon dioxide and other deadly emissions from coal-fired power plants. The Obama plan would also have reduced carcinogens that cause diseases such as asthma and lung cancer, whereas the Trump plan would have negligible impacts in curbing deadly air pollution. Finally, Rudy Giuliani may be the worst lawyer ever:\\xa0 we debunk Giuliani's already-infamous "truth isn't truth" statement on NBC's 'Meet the Press' on Sunday, and lay out the documented facts regarding the Trump Campaign's 2016 Trump Tower meeting with a Russian government-allied attorney who promised "dirt" on Hillary Clinton.\\xa0 Giuliani's gob-smacking admissions that Team Trump committed a crime in 2016 by meeting with the team of Russians "for the purpose of getting information about...Clinton", will certainly be of note to Special Counsel Robert Mueller's probe into the alleged conspiracy with Russians to manipulate the 2016 Presidential election."
