b"Breaking just before air today on 'The BradCast': The full, very conservative U.S. 5th Circuit Court of appeals has just found Texas' Photo ID voting restriction to be in violation of the Voting Rights Act, perhaps saving the votes of more than 600,000 Texans this fall in the bargain. And a federal court has ordered that state of Wisconsin to allow voters without the type of Photo ID now required by the Republican law in the state to vote on a normal ballot anyway by signing an affidavit. Very encouraging news -- and surprising as well, in the case of the Texas law -- for voting rights advocates, even as both rulings will face some additional challenges.\\xa0 Then it's on to coverage of the madness of Day 2 of the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, where the GOP has officially nominated Donald Trump to be their 2016 nominee for President of the United States.
