b"National security journalist Marcy Wheeler of Emptywheel joins us to make sense of nearly four dozen questions said to be from Robert Mueller's Special Counsel probe into Donald Trump and the Trump campaign, apparently leaked to the New York Times from someone on Team Trump. Those questions include queries on Trump's alleged obstruction of justice, as well as so-called "collusion" with Russia by the Trump campaign during the 2016 election. Wheeler also explains the bizarre story of Trump's personal physician, Dr. Harold Bornstein, who charges that Trump's personal bodyguard "raided" his office to take Trump's medical records, and new indications that Trump may toss his business partner and personal lawyer Michael Cohen under the bus. A judge in Arkansas finds the state's second attempt at Photo ID voting restriction law to be nearly identical and just as unconstitutional as one previously struck down by the state Supreme Court. Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge, who unsuccessfully defended the law, herself committed voter fraud back in 2014. In Texas, a split decision by a three-judge panel on the conservative 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has decided to allow that state's new version of its Photo ID law to be used in the 2018 mid-term elections. Plus Desi Doyen has the latest \\u2018Green News Report,' with updates on two EPA officials that have resigned amid EPA chief Pruitt's scandals, and a new lawsuit from California and 17 other states against the Trump Administration's new attempt to rollback fuel economy and emissions standards for cars and trucks."
