The Ohio Republican lawmakers suddenly enacted an anti-democratic scheme to use a low-turnout special election in August to raise the threshold for passage of the abortion rights measure a few months later. Ohio Republican state officials are lying to voters about the scheme. CNN's disturbing 'town hall' on Wednesday night was actually a 70-minute Donald Trump campaign infomercial filled with a tsunami of twisted lies, on everything from his lies about the 2020 election to his lies about stolen documents, lies about the January 6 insurrection, lies about the jury verdict finding him liable for sexual abuse and defamation, and many, many more.
